- 180g Riverina Dairy flat Australian style Haloumi
- 6 metal skewers
- 1 fresh lime
- 1 red chili- finely sliced
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Slice the Haloumi into even lengths and secure them on to the skewers - set aside.
- In a bowl, place the juice of the lime, soy, garlic and chili- mix to combine.
- Grill the haloumi skewers on both sides and serve immediately with the delicious lime dressing.
