  • 180g Riverina Dairy flat Australian style Haloumi
  • 6 metal skewers
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 red chili- finely sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce


  1. Slice the Haloumi into even lengths and secure them on to the skewers - set aside.
  2. In a bowl, place the juice of the lime, soy, garlic and chili- mix to combine.
  3. Grill the haloumi skewers on both sides and serve immediately with the delicious lime dressing.
