Crunchy Fruit filled Breakfast Cups

Ingredients:

  • 400g Riverina Natural Greek Style
    Yoghurt
  • 1 punnet of fresh raspberries
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • Fresh mint & toasted almonds for
    garnish
  • 2 cups of fruit free toasted muesli

Process:

  1. Use a glass tumbler to assemble the breakfast.
  2. Start with a spoon full of Yoghurt into each base of the tumbler and layer up with the fresh fruit, muesli crumbs and Riverina Dairy Sweetened Yoghurt.
  3. Leave some crunchy muesli pieces on top and if necessary a drizzle of honey before garnishing with the mint leaves and flaked almonds.
